Thanks. I think it’s just two images – the leaves are from my local woods, and the main image is from Flickr, but highly processed to give it the soft pale look. Eventually I hope to get all backgrounds looking like that. My goal is to become ever more minimalist, but without sacrificing the picture itself. Normally I sacrifice minimalism for the sake of detail in the backgrounds, but I think that particular scene gets the balance just right.
Love the new trailer – I think it captures the essence of the longer version without being, well, long. Nice work! I’m reading Dante’s Divine Comedy like a madman so I can finish before the game is released. Very interesting stuff!

Hopefully you’ll be able to have a look at the beta version then and tell me where I can improve it. I’m frantically adding basic dialog right now.
